Due to the Action of John Les and the new Rivergreen Board of Directors, Rivergreen Resort as a Hotel type facility will cease to exist on Monday April 1st.
Rivergreen Resort Hotel is becoming Rivergreen Residences.
This website will be active only until November 2nd, 2024. It will NOT be renewed unless there are enough owners willing to support the $170 per year cost.
As an owner, you are welcome to download any of the PDF files on this website before November 2nd.

Annual Meeting November 4th 2023
The annual meeting was held in the Great Room on Saturday Nov 54h, 2023 at 9am.
Thanks to all who attended.
A Vote was held on updating our Association Bylaws and the upgrade has passed.
The new document will be available on our website once it is registered with the county.
